Dear Comrades,
The Workers’ Party of New Zealand extends its greetings and congratulations on
the formation of the People’s Guerrilla Army to the Central Committee and to all
the rank and file members of your party. We see the establishment of the PGA as
an important development, not only for the Indian revolution, but also as part
of the renewal of the world communist movement.
We know, from your press releases and publications that you are subjected to
extreme repression and that the revolutionaries the world over.
