Com. Prachanda, is Chairman of the Central Committee of the CPN (Maoist), and Supreme Commander of the People's Liberation Army, Nepal.

Com. Baburam Bhattarai, is Member, Standing Committee of the Politburo, CPN (Maoist), and Convener, United Revolutionary People's Council, Nepal.

Com. Kiran (Mohan Baidhya), is Member, Standing Committee of the Politburo, CPN (Maoist), and In-Charge of Cultural Branch of the Party. (He is arrested on March by the indian security forces from the Eye Hospital in Silguri and still in an Indian jail.)

Com. Gaurav (C. P. Gajurel), is Politburo Member of the CPN (Maoist). He looked after the international affairs of the Party, before he was captured by the Indian security forces from Chennai airport on August 19, 2003. He is still in an Indian jail.

Com. Ananta, is Politburo Member of the CPN (Maoist). He looks after the military affairs.

Com. Parvati (Hisila Yami), is Central Committee Member of the CPN (Maoist), and In-Charge of the Women's Department.
