Message
to the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist)

Dear Comrades,
On behalf
of all of the participating parties and organizations of the Revolutionary
Internationalist Movement (RIM), we extend our deep heartfelt communist
salute on the occasion of giving birth to a glorious chapter in
the history of revolution in Nepal - the initiation of people's
war aimed at overthrowing imperialism, feudalism and bureaucrat
capitalism. We highly cherish this newborn, and are immensely proud
of it! We pledge our full support to help keep it growing and developing.
The launching of revolutionary warfare for emancipation is what
the proletariat and people of the world need and want.
Now the
workers and peasants of Nepal under the leadership of their vanguard,
the Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist), are not only moving forward
the history of Nepal but also world history; this is a great and
lofty responsibility they are shouldering. They are not only fighting
for their own liberation but for the emancipation of the proletariat
and the peoples of the world; they have decided to boldly march
in the front ranks of the world proletarian revolution and be a
beacon light showing the way forward on the crimson and liberating
path of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism to all the oppressed of the world.
This is a great advance for RIM and a tremendous assistance to our
detachment in Peru, the Communist Party of Peru, which is involved
in an intense and arduous battle to keep our red flag flying in
Peru in the face of ferocious attacks by the enemy and ugly assaults
from a right opportunist line.
Let the
reactionary bloodsucking ruling classes in Nepal and their allies
and their imperialist masters moan and tremble at the sight of the
armed workers and peasants of Nepal who are taking the initial steps
to forge a red army; as we know, without a people's army, the people
have nothing. Up to now, the reactionaries have had the monopoly
over the use of force. Now the people of Nepal, under the leadership
of their Party and according to the teachings of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism,
have categorically decided to break this monopoly and take history
into their hands.
Comrades:
please convey our intense revolutionary feelings to the Party members
and all of the red fighters. Together with all the participating
parties and organizations of our Movement, we celebrate the memory
of the fallen heros of our class in this glorious battle of initiation.
Every drop of blood that the reactionaries have shed from our class
bothers and sisters in Nepal will be another nail in the coffin
of imperialism and reaction. Although the road you have embarked
upon will be long and tortuous, final victory will belong to the
revolutionary masses of Nepal.
