The Communist Party of the Philippines and the Communist Party of
Turkey/Marxist-Leninist express their deepest sorrow and condolences to the
Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist) [People's War] and condemn in the
strongest terms the cold- blooded murder of Comrades Nalla Adi Reddy (Shyam),
Yerramreddy Santosh Reddy (Mahesh) and Seelam Naresh (Murali), leaders of the
Party, and Comrade Arun, a Red tighter of the people's army.
The proofs are very clear that the martyred comrades were arrested in Bangalore,
tortured and then murdered in cold blood by the fascists of the Indian
reactionary state. Their bodies were later brought to Koyyur forest of
Karimnagar district to make it appear that the comrades were killed in an armed
encounter.
The reactionaries in India perpetrate the most brutal crimes like torture,
disappearances, and extrajudicial killings especially against communists and
revolutionaries who are fighting for the interests of the toiling masses. But
the revolutionaries and the masses are not cowed by reactionary violence. They
fight back and use all methods of struggle, chiefly the armed struggle, to
overthrow the oppressive rule of the exploiting classes and build a society that
is independent, democratic, just and progressive.
The Communist Party of India (ML)[PW] has distinguished itself by waging
people's war along the line of the new-democratic revolution in preparation for
the socialist revolution. Under the leadership of the Party, the Indian working
class, peasantry and the rest of the people have valiantly fought for their
national and democratic rights and interests against foreign monopoly capitalism
and the l6cal reactionaries. In the process, they have scored significant
victories in destroying reactionary political power and building the organs of
democratic power.
The Communist Party of the Philippines and the Communist Party of
Turkey/Marxist-Leninist are confident that the comrades in the CPI (ML)[PW], the
Red fighters in the people's arm)' and the revolutionary Indian people turn
their grief into revolutionary courage and raise the revolutionary struggle to a
new and higher level. The martyrs inspire them to fight ever more resolutely and
to win ever greater victories.
Under the great red banner of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, the Communist Party of
the Philippines and the Communist Party of Turkey/Marxist-Leninist 'unite with
the Communist Party of India (Marxist-Leninist)[People's War] in fighting
imperialism, revisionism and all reaction and in leading our respective peoples
towards the bright future of socialism and ultimately communist in the new
century and new millennium.
